📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations across quote, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables, and
• Review invoices and billing against orders; resolve discrepancies with sales and customers.
• Respond to inquiries on invoices, billing issues, and payments; own collections.
• Support revenue reporting; review SQL outputs for accuracy with accounting.
• Manage and optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive upgrades and automation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in US-based accounting with AR and revenue operations focus.
• Experience managing end-to-end revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Stripe; review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; challenge discrepancies when needed.
• Experience with process improvements, upgrades, and automation projects.
• Familiarity with startup accounting environments; adaptable to change.
