Technical Program Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Own cross-functional programs in Anthropic's billing space across engineering, GTM systems
• Partner with billing engineering, finance, treasury, product, and support for a single view of
• Drive billing platform foundations, from scoping to delivery
• Standardize intake for new commercial work with clear owners and sequenced dependencies
• Lead the promotions program end-to-end from proposal to reconciliation
• Ensure pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting are in place before product launches

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience with end-to-end ownership of cross-functional
• Understand metering, invoicing, payment flows, and the data pipelines behind them
• Experience with launch readiness in which commercial and billing paths are in place before shipment
• Ability to build trust with engineers, finance/treasury, GTM systems, product, and support
• Comfort driving outcomes across teams that don’t report to you
• Preference for building repeatable processes over manual fixes
