Job Description
📋 Description
- Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors
- Communicate session progress with supervising clinical team
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete training for RBT role (if not certified)
- Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
