📋 Description

• Architect, manage, and scale enterprise Kubernetes infra
• Lead automated continuous workload optimization
• Manage IaC and observability tools for Kubernetes
• Collaborate with Cloud Eng, FinOps, Finance for cost alignment
• Mentor engineers, set standards for resilience and security
• Drive scalable, automated resource sizing and placement

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years as Principal/Lead Platform Engineer for Kubernetes at scale
• 5+ years designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
• Hands-on with Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler
• Strong FinOps understanding and cost-avoidance track record
• Networking understanding
• IaC expertise (Terraform or OpenTofu)
