Training Specialist, Medical Review Audit – Clinical RN

📋 Description

• Design and maintain training curricula for clinical audit staff.
• Create onboarding, education, competency, and remediation programs.
• Translate complex clinical/regulatory requirements into training content.
• Maintain LMS materials and deliver remote training sessions.
• Track completion, QA, appeals, and performance metrics.
• Identify gaps and design targeted remediation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted nursing license with good standing.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of medical record audits in post-acute claims; IPF/IRF experience required.
• 3+ years designing and delivering clinical training, including remote delivery.
• Deep knowledge of IPF/IPF PPS, IRF PPS, DSM-5 criteria, and coding.
• ICD-10-CM/PCS coding for inpatient psychiatric and rehab claims; DRG/CMG familiarity.
