Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver $1500 Sign-On Bonus

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks (getting in/out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Help individuals live independently with dignity and respect.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required (due to transporting persons served).
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served; own vehicle and auto liability insurance may be
• Person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Observant, detail-oriented, and strong communication/documentation skills.
• 18 years or older; successful background clearance required.
• Prior experience with intense behaviors and IDD/mental health/psychiatric or security experience
