🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in global, matrix organizations.
• Agile project delivery experience preferred.
