Manager, Sensor Integration & Cleaning Hardware

📋 Description

• Lead a multi-discipline team of mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers for sensor assemblies
• Own program delivery from concept through validation, launch, and fleet support.
• Set technical direction across mechanical packaging, electrical integration, and system
• Collaborate with sensor performance, perception, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet
• Manage scope, schedule, and resources across concurrent sensor projects.
• Drive cross-functional design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA, and validation planning to de-risk programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering with sensor systems or sensor cleaning
• 3+ years of direct people management (hiring, mentoring, performance management).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional hardware programs from concept to production, including
• Strong fluency in mechanical design (CAD, tolerance stack-up, fluid/pneumatic systems) and
• Experience managing program scope, budget, and schedule across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering leadership.
