📋 Description
- Lead operational delivery of oncology trials from startup to database lock
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendor performance, site activation
- Oversee data flow and inspection readiness across teams
- Partner with Medical Affairs and field Medical Science Liaison
- Ensure studies stay on schedule and within scope
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years clinical research exp, 3+ in oncology program management
- Experience with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, trial master file
- Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IRT; PM tools like Smartsheet or MS Project
- Vendor/CRO management and site contract/budget oversight
- Travel up to 25% to sites and meetings
