- Lead project cost, schedule and documentation for Strategic Capital Project
- Drive schedule, execution, risk management and reporting for the team
- Identify opportunities to reduce operating cost and cycle time
- Mentor personnel on Business Excellence tools
- Establish relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Develop plans to deliver within budget, scope and schedule
🎯 Requirements
- 6-10 years of business experience, min 1 year LSS
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Business
- Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader; PMP preferred
- Financial acumen and ROI assessment ability
- Strong written/oral communication; problem solving
- Proven project coordination, leadership and collaboration
