Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

📋 Description

• Architectural leadership across multiple teams and systems
• Drive technical direction, architecture, and best practices
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar organization-wide
• Partner with product and engineering leaders on high-impact initiatives
• Own cross-team initiatives end-to-end from ideation to operational health
• Identify and introduce tools/frameworks to improve engineering effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years software engineering, with 3+ years driving architecture/strategy across teams
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Elasticsearch; design high-scale distributed data systems
• Frontend: JavaScript, React; state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query); ES2015+, TypeScript
• CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps; strong cross-functional influence
• Strategic thinker, mentor, curious with drive to raise engineering bar
