📋 Description
- Define and drive ML engineering strategy for Discovery Mode and royalty programs
- Design, build, evaluate, ship, and refine production ML systems
- Provide technical leadership on complex ML initiatives
- Collaborate with research, product, design, and data science to build new capabilities
- Prototype approaches and scale solutions for Spotify for Artists customers
- Drive experimentation, testing, and tooling for ML systems
🎯 Requirements
- Deep ML experience with knowledge of algorithms, modeling, evaluation, and experimentation
- Hands-on production ML systems design using Python, Java, Scala, or similar
- Set technical direction and deliverables for complex ML problems
- Commitment to reliable software, data-informed development, and scalable systems
- Ability to lead technically complex projects from idea to production
- Clear communication of decisions/risks to senior leaders and partners
