📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic
• Lead a team of nurses and medical assistants
• Ensure high-quality, participant-centered care
• Coordinate vendor, supply, and facility needs
• Provide hands-on clinical care as needed
• Support quality initiatives and regulatory readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with 2–5 years leading nursing teams
• Strong communications skills; build trust within a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and prioritization
• Experience with clinic operations and care delivery in geriatric settings
