Manager, Product Management - Figma Platform Experience

📋 Description

• Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform
• Set vision and goals for workflows and interoperability; drive high-quality PM craft across groups.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to deliver outcomes across the multi-product
• Hire, coach, and develop senior PMs across the group.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing product managers with coaching experience.
• Strong systems thinking, UX judgment, and ability to operate with high agency.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives at scale.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-app overhauls or design systems is a plus.
