Product Manager (Dashboard)

📋 Description

• Own and manage the Merchant Dashboard for SpotOn’s restaurant software suite.
• Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer and market needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams.
• Outline information architecture, interaction patterns, personalization, and monetization surfaces.
• Lead experimentation, learn from data, and drive continuous product iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality software
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and scalable products
• Technical fluency with APIs and systems architecture
• Data-driven decision making and metrics-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication to articulate vision and tradeoffs
• Empathy for customers and ability to navigate ambiguity
