📋 Description

• Senior-level product management leadership across UK & Ireland public/private sectors
• Define vision, roadmap, and frame problems to guide multi-team delivery
• Champion user insights and collaborate across design, engineering, data, and policy
• Drive progress, align budgets, and deliver with integrity in complex programmes
• Navigate relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Ensure practical workshops and decisions that move programmes forward

• Experienced product practitioner with strong outcomes focus
• Customer/user centric, strategically minded, and able to tell compelling narratives
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, onboard quickly, and hold teams to account
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with government/public sector or large-scale programmes is desirable
