📋 Description

• Own Hello Meds product roadmap across member experience, Pillbox, and ops
• Drive software, hardware, firmware collaboration with Eng and design
• Translate data into requirements to boost activation, engagement, retention
• Own eligibility and enrollment workflows for client populations
• Enable smooth client onboarding and launches with Experience/Implementation teams
• Lead Pillbox V2 planning: features, firmware roadmap, accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product management with hardware/firmware or connected devices
• Experience owning consumer software products and roadmaps
• Proven ability to manage complex eligibility, enrollment, or data workflows
• Strong judgment balancing user needs, tech constraints, and business priorities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
• Track record of driving execution with ownership in fast-moving env
