📋 Description
- Embedded inside real teams to observe day-to-day work and surface what isn’t working.
- Diagnose team health and management effectiveness using engagement and 360 feedback data.
- Own end-to-end improvements: design, drive, and land concrete changes with senior guidance.
- Support managers in delivering 360 feedback and translate into actionable commitments.
- Help build playbooks: standards, tools, and shared language for the function.
- Learn coaching and organisational development from senior practitioners toward running this work.
🎯 Requirements
- Track record of leading and organising early: driving change in startup, student society, or team
- Genuine grounding in organisational or industrial psychology, behavioural science, or related field.
- Drive to learn, with ideas and willingness to be coached and grow fast.
- Confident in discussing change with senior stakeholders.
- Strong academic record from high school and university.
- Up to ~2 years of experience since graduating.
