• 7+ years of design experience with 3+ years leading design teams.
• Exceptional design taste and a track record of delivering high-quality product experiences.
• Experience as both individual contributor and design leader.
• Experience setting design direction and raising quality across teams.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth tech companies.
