Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own initiatives end to end across discovery, scoping, launch, and adoption.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity and frame problem spaces before solving.
• Define great agent UX across chat, voice, and authoring interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, researchers, and marketing.
• Prototype in Figma and AI tools, building on the codebase to critique ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a product designer with 2+ years at similar scale/complexity.
• Experience with complex systems, B2B SaaS, and enterprise products.
• Strong visual and interaction craft; ability to align stakeholders.
• Fluency in Figma; prototyping with AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Ownership mindset; able to drive from discovery through launch.
• Interest in AI, curiosity, and hands-on involvement; experience with AI products is a plus.
