📋 Description

• Lead Works Council and employee representation in FR & NL
• Primary liaison between leadership and Works Councils
• Develop engagement strategies balancing business needs
• Ensure compliance with labour law and council requirements
• Manage consultations and collective agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in labour relations/HR
• Deep expertise in Works Council laws FR/NL
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change
• Strong knowledge of collective bargaining and employment law
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch preferred
