📋 Description
- Lead clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
- Supervise RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs and other staff
- Conduct assessments and supervisory visits in the service area
- Develop care plans and oversee services
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Home Health and OASIS experience (1 year min)
- Acute care, medical-surgical or sub-acute experience a plus
- Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, families and teams
