📋 Description
- Own benefits and taxes forecasting; analyze monthly variances.
- Consolidated monthly reporting and planning (BvA analyses).
- Prepare finance slides for quarterly board presentation.
- Enhance reporting with AI tools to drive automation.
- Collaborate with BI for forecasting automation using internal tools.
- Role requires in-person presence in Menlo Park at least 3 days/week.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related.
- Minimum 1 year FP&A or related finance experience.
- Experience at B2B tech companies preferred.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and AI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Compensation: $76,000 – $99,700 per year.
