Transaction Monitoring Specialist (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Monitor transactions and manage alerts in real time.
• Reconcile ledgers with banks, PSPs, exchanges, and on-chain records.
• Address reconciliation exceptions and customer-impacting issues.
• Monitor liquidity and positions across accounts and platforms.
• Triage and resolve payment incidents and operational issues.
• Maintain runbooks and escalation procedures with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in payment operations, transaction monitoring, AML/financial crime
• Deep knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ACH, card acquiring, and open banking.
• Crypto ops knowledge: blockchains, stablecoins, wallets, on-chain analysis, fees.
• AML/CTF and sanctions requirements for virtual assets (KYC/CDD, Travel Rule, SAR/STR).
• Strong reconciliation and data analysis with ledgers, settlements, discrepancies; SQL experience
• Excellent English, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
