📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking, and
• Review invoices against order forms; resolve discrepancies with sales and customers.
• Handle inquiries on invoices, billing issues, and payment status; own collections.
• Support revenue reporting; review SQL outputs for accuracy with accounting teams.
• Manage QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive upgrades, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and improve quote-to-cash.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years accounting within US-based companies, focused on AR and Revenue Operations.
• End-to-end revenue cycle experience from quote to cash.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Stripe skills; able to review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; capable of challenging discrepancies with
• Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation in accounting/revenue ops.
• Familiarity with startup environments; adaptable to changing priorities.
