Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible, user-centered front-end interfaces for enterprise apps in
• Translate business needs into polished, maintainable UI/UX experiences.
• Apply UI/UX principles: IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, responsive design.
• Ensure web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508; apply ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) as appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate solutions and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/HCI/Design/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in front-end/UI development.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery; clean, semantic markup.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility testing.
• Proficiency in ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, and accessibility
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC 5 experience; full-stack .NET in Windows.
