Senior Manager - PE

📋 Description

• Lead high-velocity buy-side and sell-side AI due diligence under tight deadlines.
• Translate complex technical risk into Investment Committee thesis points.
• Drive market scans and AI maturity benchmarking against peers.
• Identify AI disintermediation risks impacting defensibility or value.
• Direct cross-functional teams to evaluate data assets, IP, and architecture.
• Build long-term advisory relationships with PE sponsors and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering rapid AI due diligence in PE/M&A or transaction advisory.
• Strong ability to communicate trade-offs to PE deal partners and executives.
• Deep understanding of AI unit economics and data moats.
• Experience quantifying ROI for PE firms; equity analyst background preferred.
• Technology delivery experience from consulting, tech, or data domains.
• Structured, analytical problem solving; ability to define solutions and pricing.
