Senior Scientific Director / Executive Medical Director, Medical Affairs – Hematology

📋 Description

• Provide specialist medical/scientific input into medical affairs activities
• Lead data generation, education initiatives, and safety surveillance
• Collaborate with marketing/commercial to inform brand strategies
• Drive external stakeholder engagement (Payers, Prescribers, Providers)
• Develop integrated evidence plans to support launch readiness
• Lead or contribute to advisory boards and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. or equivalent medical degree; license preferred
• 5+ years clinical trial or medical affairs experience; 7+ preferred
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD) for Senior Scientific Director; senior-level experience for Executive
• Excellent English communication; international experience a plus
