Print Production Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of the print and production department.
• Produce signage, decals, wraps, and marketing materials for client deployments.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and customer teams as primary production resource.
• Based in Clearwater, Florida / Tampa Bay Area with hybrid work expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a print shop, sign shop, wide-format printing, manufacturing, or fast-paced
• Strong technical/mechanical competency with wide-format printers, laminators, and cutters.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50–80 pounds safely.
• Excellent organizational, mathematical, and time-management skills; meets deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED; technical/trade training preferred.
