📋 Description
- Home health RN visits in Charlottesville, VA.
- Follow designated care plans for patient needs.
- Perform meds administration, wound care, and procedures as assigned.
- Monitor patients and report changes to supervisors.
- Document observations and interventions using EMR on a tablet.
- Travel to cases within designated territories as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Active VA Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home care experience preferred but not required.
- Graduate from accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer/EMR skills.
