Job Description
📋 Description
- One-on-one ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement ABA programs designed by supervising BCBA
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and positive behavior
- Share progress with clinical team
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
