📋 Description
- Provide home health visits in the Herndon, Reston, Vienna, VA area.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to
- Visit clients in designated geographic territories to implement and monitor PT plans of care.
🎯 Requirements
- Current VA Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from APTA-approved program or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
