📋 Description

• Train and educate clients on Dscout features and functionalities
• Recommend research designs for clients’ projects on Dscout
• Support clients’ research projects from planning to fielding and analysis
• Create training materials and assist with client billing and admin
• Provide guidance to participants to ensure helpful, engaging participation
• Advocate for clients to inform product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research, or related field
• 1-4 years of professional experience (non-internship)
• 1-3 years of client-facing or similar experience
• Strong client service and relationship management experience
• Strong ability to interpret clients’ needs and meet expectations
• Excellent project/time management; able to handle multiple projects
