Senior Program Manager, Partner Programs

📋 Description

• Coordinate across partners and internal teams to build blockchain solutions.
• Manage software/product development activities from launch to completion.
• Own partner integration roadmaps and multiple partner success.
• Host partner meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and blockers across partner and engineering teams.
• Measure program performance against OKRs and define reusable process frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing software development programs in financial services; blockchain startup exposure
• Comfort discussing APIs, integration flows, and system dependencies with engineers.
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto concepts; ability to ramp on complex tech.
• Experience using AI tools to draft summaries, accelerate research, and automate workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with Jira, Airtable, Asana, Confluence, and Google Suite.
