📋 Description

• Join Oscar's Network Operations Team as a Process Management Associate.
• Analyze, map, and improve existing business processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive process optimization.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams; monitor performance with metrics.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Engineering to identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in leading process improvement projects and presenting findings to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years related experience.
• 3+ years in process management or process improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
• 2+ years end-to-end process management and mapping.
