Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Sherway Gardens

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and in-store replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor; assist with floor set updates.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business needs and guest requests.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow; support stockroom standards and safe
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed to support store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales or operational environment.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb ladders.
• Strong customer service mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal setting and collaborate with team members.
