📋 Description

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services to clients in Carlsbad, CA.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered therapy across sessions, focusing on communication
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans.
• Contribute to the Clinical Ladder Program and engage in mentorship and clinical program development.
• Document progress, track outcomes, and maintain compliant records per state and company policies.
• Maintain and grow clinical leadership skills through ongoing professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology; active SLP licensure in the state of
• Licensed/registered as an SLP in California; valid state license to practice.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodevelopmental pediatric
• Ability to provide dynamic, play-based therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and mentorship.
• Eligible for part-time schedule; related clinical experience in pediatrics considered.
