Technical Content Development Engineer (India)

📋 Description

• Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges
• Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, checking that solutions are
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation, while applying engineering judgment
• Conduct peer reviews to make sure content meets Karat's technical and quality standards.
• Update content based on candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and Content Corrections
• Partner with Content Architecture to improve content development processes and assessment quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-academic, post-internship), working
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: debugging, testing, reviewing code, and giving
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams, with availability during U.S. hours
