📋 Description

• Lead design and development of PreK-5 English Language Development (ELD) content
• Align ELD standards across core programs
• Serve as subject-matter expert on English Learner instruction
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality multilingual learning experiences

🎯 Requirements

• ELD/EL instruction expertise; familiarity with ELD/ELP standards (e.g., WIDA) and multilingual
• 5+ years educational experience with substantial curriculum development
• 3+ years direct curriculum design; lead content projects; mentor junior staff
• Experience planning and leading medium-scale curriculum development across multiple grades
• Bachelor's in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL/Bilingual Ed; advanced degree preferred
