Project Lead, Payroll (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll implementation experience from kickoff to first payroll run
• Collaborate with Sales to gather data for accurate onboarding
• Onboard customers and ensure they can run payroll confidently
• Reconcile customer data and respond to payroll questions
• Maintain Salesforce records throughout implementation
• Collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Implementation/Onboarding/Payroll/PM at a SaaS company
• Proven multi-engagement project management experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for large data sets
• Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and basic tech troubleshooting
• Strong communicator who can translate payroll concepts
• Ability to research state regulations and navigate ambiguity
