• Lead the industrialization of additive weld technologies for production-ready manufacturing of
• Define process architecture, controls, and qualification strategies to scale new technologies.
• Develop data-driven process control using baselines, control limits, and variation studies.
• Act as technical authority for additive welding, guiding cross-functional teams.
• Lead technology maturation and integration into production systems.
• Create scalable pathways from innovation to production balancing performance and manufacturability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Additive Manufacturing.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and industrial automation/integration.
• Strong attention to detail and drive to push technologies forward.
• Analytical problem-solving skills focused on process efficiency and quality.
