• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Execute key inventory and store functions to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Handle shipment, receiving, floor replenishment, and floor set updates to ensure smooth product
• Maintain visual standards and ensure stockroom organization aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address inventory needs and improve processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest service.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment (retail preferred).
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout shift.
