Change Management & Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and change lead for the global People team and related programs.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies for organizational changes and launches.
• Plan, produce, and promote employee-focused content (videos, presentations, messages, events).
• Measure effectiveness of communications and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve communications and change efforts companywide.
• Ensure People and other team communications align with Payward’s brand voice and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in internal communications and change management, preferably in tech.
• Experience with HR-focused change communications programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work beyond strict job scope.
