📋 Description

• Own the production and delivery of multiple design, animation, and video projects for major clients.
• Coordinate with in-house teams across time zones to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Scope, quote, and plan projects with senior Monks and department leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Producer or Project Manager in digital advertising or creative production.
• Fluent English communication is a must.
• Strong understanding of fast-paced creative workflows for design and animation.
• Ability to translate complex production needs into clear client language.
• Excellent collaboration across teams, time zones, and technologies.
• Proficiency with production and project management tools (e.g., TeamGantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp).
