📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for KIPP Texas schools and departments.
• Develop multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on staffing plans and selection logistics.
• Drive metrics: time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and candidate experience.
• Represent KIPP Texas at career events and manage ATS records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's with 3 years in talent recruitment or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment/education environment preferred.
• Experience with ATS software (e.g., SmartRecruiters) preferred.
• MS Office and Google apps proficiency.
