📋 Description

• Support the development of engaging eLearning modules, job aids, videos, assessments, and other
• Use AI tools and modern learning technologies to draft, prototype, refine, and enhance content
• Apply templates, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards to produce polished learning
• Facilitate flagship learning programs, including new-hire orientation and employee development
• Coordinate program logistics, participant communications, follow-up, and feedback collection.
• Support the LMS by preparing/deploying solutions, maintaining enrollments/records, tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or related
• 1–3 years of experience in talent development or related discipline.
• Experience developing learning content with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar.
• Familiarity with Canva, Loom, Synthesia, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI and design technologies to support content creation and prototyping.
• Comfortable facilitating learning sessions virtually and in person.
