• Assist customers and provide brand experience in showroom
• Schedule appointments using CRM efficiently
• Answer calls and emails to local scheduling offices/showrooms
• Resolve client issues with designers and management
• Greet showroom visitors and manage guestbook/signage
• Maintain showroom cleanliness per checklist

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years admin or customer service exp in home/renovation
• Associate degree preferred in business/admin
• Polite, clear, professional client communication
• Accurate data entry and calendar management
• Fast learner with various business systems (CAD, Epicor)
• Self-starter, positive, able to work in fast pace
