🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Licensed PT with leadership experience
• Strong clinical and people development skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
• Proven track record in outpatient orthopedics
