📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care to WelbeHealth participants at the Fresno day center
• Support with ADLs, escorting, grooming, bathing, dressing, and meals
• Monitor and document vital signs as directed
• Act as medical escort when needed for transport to appointments
• Oversee center activities to ensure participant safety
• Collaborate with IDT and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HB/CNA in California preferred
• 1 year experience in personal care for seniors
• Driver availability for escort locations
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days
