• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and service orientation
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and use of metrics to drive results
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting with constant movement
